Bookings will be confirmed when the requested initial deposit has been received and the supplier has accepted the booking.
The suppliers are responsible for identifying, understanding and complying with all laws, rules and regulations that apply to their listings and once a booking is made or accepted, the contractual agreement is between your client and the supplier.
We reserve the right to change prices offered on our web site and brochures at any time but it will not affect the price of any bookings that have already been confirmed.
Deposit amounts and payment deadline may vary according to the selected product, please refer to the individual terms and conditions which apply to the product you are booking.

In the event that Apartmentdock is unable to provide your client with the property originally booked, Apartmentdock reserves the right to offer your client an alternative available property. If the property is of a lesser value, your client can choose to accept with a refund for the difference in price. If the property is of a greater value and your client accepts, they will be asked to pay the difference. Your client is not obliged to accept any alternative and if the property offered is not suitable or the dates are unavailable for any alternative, you will be given a full refund and the booking will be cancelled. Possible reasons for cancellation by Apartmentdock would include, but is not limited to: notification by the supplier of damage to the apartment, flooding, fire, property as been sold and is no longer available for rent, legal instruction and major construction on the building or environs.
For transfers and tours, cancellation deadlines and costs are diplayed at the time of booking, subject to your acceptance.
The customer will be held responsible for any damage to the property and its contents through his fault or fault of any other member of his group or invited guest. The customer will also be responsible for any damages resulting from a third party due to an act committed by the customer throughout the duration of the stay. The members of the party are responsible for any damage caused by the party. The party must comply with any rules and regulations set by the accommodation provider. The party is responsible for payment of any charges made, in applicable properties, for use of facilities such as electricity, gas, water, telephone, linen and security, and for any other fees levied by the accommodation provider for the use of amenities. The total number of people (including infants and children) must not exceed the maximum occupancy shown on the reservation form or on our payment confirmation, otherwise access to the accommodation may be refused or additional amounts charged on arrival.
A security bond may be payable in case of any damage or loss.
Star ratings are used to symbolize the overall quality, level of service, food standard and range of facilities available in any given hotel. The criteria applied within each country will vary depending on the specific requirements established by the relevant issuing body. Descriptions on the website are a generalization of all hotels on a worldwide basis and shall be referred to for information purposes only. We cannot guarantee or warrant any kind of services or level of quality offered by hotels. Some countries do not use star ratings for official categorization of hotels.
Apartmentdock does not own, control or manage the properties and relies on suppliers to fairly represent the facilities and standard of the properties they represent. Product information posted on our website and our brochures is based on information collected from hotels and suppliers worldwide. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of our website and brochures is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice.
The local suppliers alone are responsible for their listings and service provision. Apartmentdock has no control over the existence, quality, safety, suitability or legality of any listing and all the content published is done in good faith but you acknowledge that we, as booking agent, cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by its suppliers.
We strongly recommend subscribing travel insurance for your peace of mind.
Except in the situation where Apartmentdock is unable to provide your client with the property originally booked or a suitable alternative, there will be no refund for unused content and services. For accommodations, when applicable only security bonds will be refunded under conditions specified on your reservation form.
An amendment fee of $60 will be charged per amendment. Amendments might not be possible within the last 7 days. Note that for some bookings amendments cannot be made.
The operator reserves the right to change the itinerary and substitute accommodation due to circumstances.
Visa, insurance, excess baggage, meals not mentioned, vaccinations, airport departure taxes, beverages, tips, shipboard gratuities, items of personal nature like: Laundry, telephone calls etc., cost of passport, personal services to hotel rooms.
We take reasonable care to ensure that published descriptions are correct, Apartmentdock.com will not be responsible and exclude liability for any modification due to tour supplier, accommodation supplier or transportation supplier. In no circumstances shall we be liable for any consequential and indirect loss or damage. Our liability shall be limited to the net commission collect by our agency for any booking. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations, which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance, which is beyond our reasonable control.
