The entrance is through the living area - dining room. On the left is the bathroom equipped with a bathtub and brightened by a large frosted glass window.
The living room with contemporary furniture is a very pleasant and convivial space, bathed in light thanks to the two windows overlooking the courtyard of the building. At the end, the equipped kitchen, dressed in dark wood, makes the corner of the room, and adjoins the dining room, with its round table and plexiglass chairs.
To the right of the entrance, a corridor gives access to the two double bedrooms. Their sober and refined decoration, without surcharge, makes them havens of peace conducive to relaxation.

Check in is from 5pm and check out is 11am. 
We are always happy to accommodate guests arrival and departure details if it is possible. Should the apartment not be ready for an earlier check-in, we will schedule a later meeting time and allow you to store your luggage at the office in central Paris.
Please note: City Tourism Tax applies: 2 euro per night per person. This charge will be collected upon check in.
Please note: any check in on a Sunday, a public holiday or between 8pm and 11pm will incur a 50 euro fee payable on arrival. No check in between 11pm and 9.30am is possible.
Please note:  the 24th and the 31st of December check in will be arranged before 5pm, no later check in will be possible on these 2 dates.
Security deposit: On arrival a pre-authorisation will be required by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), in order to cover the eventual physical damage. This pre-authorisation is cancelled at the end of the stay.
Cancellation : 
a. In case of cancellation before check in date, if the cancellation is received:
- More than 180 days of the arrival date:  fixed penalty accordingly to the curency of the booking: (AUD$450 ; USD$350; EUR300)
- Between 179 and 65 days of the arrival date: 25% of the total rental cost is due.
- Between 64 days and 20 days of the arrival date: 50% of the total rental cost is due.
- Between the arrival date and last 19 days of the arrival date: 100% of the total rental cost is due.
b. In case of interruption of your stay if the responsibility of the owner is not engaged, there will be no refund.
