The Two Bedroom apartment is located in a nice building. The interior is decorated with taste and has a lot of charm. It provides all the comfort you will need to enjoy your stay in Paris.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other one with two single beds, the kitchen is fully equiped and has 2 griddles, dishwasher, micro-wave, fridge. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a dryer.

We are always happy to accommodate guests arrival and departure details if it is possible.
Note that this cannot be secured at any time as late bookings are always possible.
 
Please note: any check in on a Sunday, a public holiday or between 5.30pm and 11pm will incur a 40 euro fee payable on arrival. No check in between 11pm and 9.30am is possible.
 
Please note: City Tourism Tax applies: 0.83 euro per night per person. This charge will be collected upon check in.
 
Security deposit: On arrival a pre-authorisation will be required by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), in order to cover the eventual physical damage. This pre-authorisation is cancelled at the end of the stay.
 
Cancellation:
a. In case of cancellation before your arrival, if the cancellation is received:
- More than 56 days of the arrival date:  30% of the total rental cost is due.
- Between 31 days and 56 days of the arrival date: 50% of the total rental cost is due.
- Between the arrival date and 30 days of the arrival date: 100% of the total rental cost is due.
