Situated in the picturesque 5th district of Paris and a few steps far from the famous Mouffetard area you will dive into the past centuries of French history. Taking a walk in romantic alleyways with local business, restaurants and night bars you will find the typical old charm combined with all modern accommodations near by.

Profit of two extraordinary green areas around you! The famous Jardin des Plantes the former royal garden created by Louis XIII and the Jardin du Louxembourg, which has been built for Marie de Médicis. Both are these days a popular playground for the young and old Parisians.

In older times a chocolate factory, we restored it and changed it to a typical Parisian loft for an unforgettable stay. The loving decoration has been reviewed in every detail to create a warm, enjoyable and confortable atmosphere.

Your living area is separated in two big spaces for enjoying a roomy together. The mezzanine for relaxing and calmly browsing and downstairs to come together with family and friends with a good glass of wine... to chat away...

The dining area is arranged with a big kitchen fully equipped to whip up your favorite dishes or experiment with “French Cuisine” and spend cordial moments together.

For a classic dinner we invite to take a seat around the big table underneath the impressive glass rooftop. During adoring the stars above you, imagine the unique and unforgettable moments you will share!

To have calm and safe nights four bedrooms are to your disposition. One splendid big room equipped with a modern designed bathroom. One friendly outfitted room for children with a secret marvelous play ground. Also in the other two bedrooms you will find a friendly, cozy ambiance to have a good night.

After a long walk in the streets of Paris allow yourself a relaxing time out in a warm bubble bath, in the second bathroom situating in the center of your apartment.
All the rooms are straightened around the court yard to give you calm nights in this animated city.

The basement floor laminated by the day light is equipped with two extra single beds and a little side room rustically decorated in oak.

Finally to complete our virtual tour the loft gives you the possibility to move back in a separated office to plan your next steps in Paris.

Map

Quartier Latin

Nicknamed Quartier Latin or the Latin Quarter after its originally Latin-speaking student population at Sorbonne University, this area has a small-town feel and a boho style and is situated on the left bank of the Seine. A vibrant mix of students, artists and young professionals dominate the district and the trendy Boulevard Saint Germain. The 5ème is named for its necropolis, Panthéon, resting place to Paris celebrities such as Voltaire, Rousseau, Hugo and Zola. This district is also home to its Natural History Museum. Along Quai de Montebello are stalls with old prints and knick-knacks. Visit Rue Mouffetard for art shops or take in some jazz at one of the hang-outs on Rue Galande.
