Please note: any check in on a Sunday, a public holiday or between 5.30pm and 11pm will incur a 40 euro fee payable on arrival. No check in between 11pm and 9.30am is possible.
 
Please note: City Tourism Tax applies: 0.83 euro per night per person. This charge will be collected upon check in.
 
Security deposit: On arrival a pre-authorisation will be required by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), in order to cover the eventual physical damage. This pre-authorisation is cancelled at the end of the stay.
 
Cancellation:
a. In case of cancellation before your arrival, if the cancellation is received:
- More than 56 days of the arrival date:  30% of the total rental cost is due.
- Between 31 days and 56 days of the arrival date: 50% of the total rental cost is due.
- Between the arrival date and 30 days of the arrival date: 100% of the total rental cost is due.
