This high-end two bedroom and two bathroom apartment is on the first floor of a magnificent XVIII° century building of two stories in the most pure and traditional architecture of the historic city center of Bordeaux. The building faces the Jardin Public and leads to the city center of Bordeaux in less than 5 minutes, the city is all yours!
The apartment's vast 115m2 (1240 square feet) offers high-end services in the purest Bordeaux tradition with very high ceilings, sculpted marble fireplaces and beautiful hardwood floors.
 
The grand salon/dining room and the second bedroom open to the apartment onto a view of the several century old trees of the Jardin Public. the dining room has a large table for 6 entirely decorated in a classic and chic contemporary style furnishing.
Both bedrooms are equipped by kings beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, WC and double sinks. The second bedroom has a large American style shower and a separate WC.
 
The apartment also has an 10m2 (107 square feet) office with a convertible sofa able to sleep two extra guests making it possible to accommodate 6 guests in total.
At the very end of the apartment the 10m2 (107 square feet) terrace is a peaceful haven overlooking the magnificent gardens perfect for breakfast and other meals with friends.
The kitchen is entirely equipped. There is a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, stovetop with vent, a micro-wave oven, a Bodum french press coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and all useful utensils to cook, eat and invite guests in the apartment.
 
The living-from has a beautiful sofa, a flat-screen television with cable and DVD player as well as a iPhone dock station. There is an iPad for our guests and WIFI in the entire apartment. The telephone can be used to dial national and international.

Check in is from 4pm and check out is 10am. 
In the case that someone has just vacated, please bear with us. We understand that most flights from abroad arrive in the morning and you will want to check in immediately. As the previous clients must leave at 10 am, and the maid will need to clean for 3-4 hours the earliest that the apartment can be completely ready is 1-2 pm. Nevertheless if someone is checking out the morning you arrive, we will meet you at the apartment as early as 10 am to give you the key and check you in. Please just keep in mind that the maid will be cleaning around you.
 
Security deposit: On arrival a pre-authorisation will be required by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), in order to cover the eventual physical damage. This pre-authorisation is cancelled at the end of the stay.
 
Cancellation
a.Please note that there are no possible refund of any amount paid if you cancel your stay unless we are able to re-rent the apartment for your dates. We therefore strongly recommend travel insurance.
b. In case of interruption of your stay if the responsibility of the owner is not engaged
